Our Story
StratAI's journey began at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where Marc and Yasaswy met during their Master in Financial Engineering program. We spent countless late nights at the library and Bloomberg terminals, working on projects together and discussing the future of trading.
The turning point came when Marc, during his internship as a quantitative analyst at a small hedge fund, identified a significant gap in the market: the lack of accessible, powerful AI tools for traders of all levels.
What started as academic discussions quickly evolved into a mission to democratize AI-powered trading technology. We began building prototypes on weekends, and soon realized we were onto something that could transform how traders interact with markets and make decisions.

October 2024: Customer Research
Launched extensive customer interviews with over 300+ traders to understand pain points and needs in the current trading ecosystem. This research phase was crucial in shaping our vision.
January 2025: First Prototype
Developed our first working prototype and began collecting beta user feedback. Early adopters were excited about the potential of our AI-driven approach to market analysis.
March 2025: The Future
After incorporating valuable user feedback, we're now working on a new version that delivers exactly what customers are looking for: an AI-powered trading workspace that serves as the go-to decision-making hub for traders worldwide.
